Penn Jillette Makes Hillary "White B*tch" Joke On MSNBC, Joe & Mika Condemn Him

This morning on MSNBC, magician Penn Jillette repeated an admittedly "cheesy" joke that performed really well on a recent tour — that Barack Obama did well in February because it was Black History Month and Hillary Clinton did well in March because it was "White Bitch Month."

Jillette used the joke to underscore his point that there is a huge reserve of hatred out there for Hillary, but anchors Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough were not amused and did not appreciate his comment. Watch as he repeats the joke and then is condemned by Mika and Joe, with Mika saying, "I didn't think it was funny, and I gotta tell you, with all the work Hillary Clinton is doing, I'm insulted, actually."

The "N" word was used to denigrate and define a race of enslaved/freed people, whereas, the "B" word is used to describe the personalit­y/behavior of a woman. Yes, the "B" word can be used to denigrate and diminish a woman's power, but, is seldom used to describe women in totality. I don't think there ever was a time in history when men referred to women as "B'es" (except maybe in the world of hip-hop). Where's my "B'es?" I don't even think this is about the word, but, how our culture views powerful women. Do not misunderstand me, I'm no Hilary fan. I do understand that to be successful, male or female, you can't be a "nice" person. I think we can agree that the "B" word is innapropriate, but you need to get a grip if you think it has the same weight as the "N" word. The "B" word has, in fact, crossed the gender barrier, and has its place: two guys antagonizing each other, e.g. "bite me, b****"; as an adjective, e.g.,"he was being b****y today"; and finally, when calling someone a lackey, e.g., "Ed Rendell is Hillary's b****." Tina Fey can make any comment she wants to on Weekend Update - Saturday Night Live is not the News. MSNBC, CNN, et al, should quit using celebrities and entertainers as stand-in pundits. the anchors totally ignored the larger point; he made it clear that he thought the joke was a bad one and that the real point of the story is the way in which the audience reacted, he expected outrage and got the opposite & was speculating as to what that meant. of course the anchors are concerned about viewer complaint letters hence their reaction, but they totally stopped listening to him as soon as the expletive left his mouth and before he finished his point.

I am having a hard time understaning the Clintonistas.
