Oprah Winfrey recently interviewed Mariah Carey, just weeks before the songstress eloped with Nick Cannon in the Bahamas. On today's "Oprah," Winfrey shares insight about the lovebirds and shows off some wedding pictures, care of People magazine. She even had the inside scoop about Mariah's new tattoo - it reads Mrs. Cannon and is on her back.

The way these celebrities mate, almost at the drop of a hat, it seems to be prudent Mariah and her ilk should choose a wedding dress that can be slighlty altered for future divorce court precedings. And the wedding dress white is supposed to represent purity. Please. Mariah is as pure as the driven snow after a snow mobile race. Normally I'm not so catty, but you do have enjoy the folly of it all.

So I, who have done research to determine the causes of mitochondrial disorders and a friend who is a medical doctor are inferior to Oprah Winfrey because we are not millionares? I appreciate the good things she has done. However she is not the only millionare to do good deeds with their money and actually alot of people do with little or no publicity associated with it and with little or no money. I would hardly put her in the same category as Mother Teresa or even Princess Diana for that matter. However, seriously, shows dedicated to David Blaine, Tom Cruise and Mariah Carey. Please. She is making some loopy decisions in order to stay popular.
