Rush Limbaugh Now "Backs" Obama

CNN:

He has publicly urged Republicans to vote for Hillary Clinton to keep the divisive Democratic nomination fight alive, but talk radio host Rush Limbaugh said Wednesday it's Barack Obama who he really wants to be the party's nominee.

"I now believe he would be the weakest of the Democrat nominees," Limbaugh, among the most powerful voices in conservative radio, said on his program. "I now urge the Democrat supereldegates to make your mind up and publicly go for Obama."

I personally don't care for his show, I don't think its a good program.

However, I never understand why people insist how irrelevant he is becoming, or other conservative hosts for that matter. Their ratings never really waver much, unlike the left leaning shows, save for a very few names. I can't seem to turn on a news program on any channel without his name being mentioned, and for the same reason, and I am tired of hearing his name!

Even his critics agree that his little campaign has had an effect on the voting in the Democrat elections. Enough so that s few states are trying to ask people about their voting backgrounds or getting them to sign "pledges". That would not happen if he was irrelevant.

I happen to be a Military Historian; rest assured, Sun Tzu would have found Rush a boorish amateur at best, and an easily neutralized opponent thanks to his moral and physical torpidity, his intellectual and moral bankruptcy.

Then again, IMHO Sun Tzu would have found the misrule of the entire Bushevik regime to be a perfect example of everything he advised rulers *not* to be, from corrupt and untrustworthy as a matter of course, to clueless about the nature of one's enemies, and even how to launch, conduct, and conclude a war.

Sun Tzu would no doubt have dismissed Rush as the blowhard stooge he is, and manipulated him into disaster accordingly with Rush's own words. Kinda like what honest Americans have been doing with increasing frequency. Funny how history has ways of repeating itself...

Rush always did remind me of Hermann Goering with a microphone and cigar in his mouth.
