Hillary Clinton had quite a slip today during a campaign event in West Virginia. The Telegraph - a British paper - caught Clinton referring to the next President as a "he."

I think it is easy to answer why Barack Obama picked up Lie-berman. At the time when BO came to Senate Lie-berman was INDEPENDENT with many experience as a run mate to Al Gore. He would rather disenfranchise Fla + Mich voters and run out the clock and falsely hope he'll have their support in November. Terry McAuliffe explains the repercussions of such maverick decision making in his book, when MI US Senator Carl Levin threatened to do it before. Ironic that now McAuliffe wants to do the same thing. Opportunism once again trumps principle.
