John McCain is known to tell a joke from time to time, but how will the Arizona senator stand up next to comedian Steve Carell?

McCain is slated to appear on Saturday Night Live this weekend, during which Carell will play host, a McCain aide confirms to CNN.

Musical guests: The Beach Boys, who will play their 60's hit "Barbara Ann". John McCain will instead dance around in a grim reaper costume and insert the verse "Bomb bomb bomb, Bomb Iran" It'll be a hoot.
