Dixie Chick Natalie: Jessica Simpson Should "Pick Back" At Bush

After President Bush joked that he wanted to send the "Jessica jinx" to this summer's Democratic National Convention in Denver, there was no response from Jessica Simpson or her Dallas Cowboys quarterback beau Tony Romo (who played the worst game of his career as the singer cheered him on).

But Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines - whose infamous comments about the president are documented in the film Shut Up and Sing - shared her advice for Simpson with Usmagazine.com:

"Pick back!" she told Us at the Alexander McQueen Boutique Opening in West Hollywood Tuesday.

Natalie is wrong on this one. Responding to the Antichrist who picks on young and famous divorcees is not worthy of a response. Jessica acted like the lady she is and just ignored the Resident-in-Thief who looks like the mean spirited guy he really is. And just for the record,
Jessica may be a Repub but I doubt she is a big fan of W's. She once cancelled a due appearance
at one of Karl Rove's Republican Gala fundraisers and afterwards made a comment that making
the appearance "did not feel right". Perhaps W is no longer a fan of Jessica's because of this slight. I wouldn't doubt it one bit. The man is well known for having a long memory and for keeping a laundry list of people he hates according to former staff members who worked for him.
