Antonin Gregory Scalia (born March 11, 1936[1]) is an American jurist, Supreme Court Justice, and a dick.

He is the number two most senior Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, and the number one dickiest, a not accomplishment considering the presence of Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and John Roberts.

I almost dropped my pizza when Scalia told Lesley Stahl that he thinks only "walking-around people" are entitled to full legal "personhood" under the Constitution. Does this so-called devout Catholic and father of a priest really mean to say that even if you live outside your mother's womb, you have fewer legal rights if you can't ambulate on your own? No way is that Catholic doctrine. The social conservatives who are convinced they're only one justice away from overturning Roe v. Wade might be deluding themselves.

Part 2

Last May 15, 2008 - Honolulu, HI, USA

Honolulu, HI: The Hawaii legislature approved legislation week to establish the formation of an eleven-member task force to investigate options for providing legal cannabis for Hawaii’s state-qualified medical cannabis patients. The bill now awaits action from Gov. Linda Lingle (R).

An estimated 3,000 Hawaiians are registered to use medical cannabis under state law.

As approved by the legislature, House Bill 2675 calls on the task force to make recommendations regarding "the feasibility of developing safe growing facilities … for qualified patients with written certification to grow medical marijuana for their medical use." The task force is also mandated to review statewide guidelines authorizing the amount of medical cannabis patients may legally use and possess under state law.

The task force must submit its recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the 2009 regular session.

Part 1

He voted to protect corporate profits, 12 states have rebelled and 6 more are in the process of enacting legislation in direct conflict with his and the rest of his fascist cohorts. This kind of shenanagin is worse for the respect for the law than if we didn't have a supreme court ruling at all.

R.I. Senate Approves Marijuana Sales To Ill Patients
May 15, 2008

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Rhode Island's Senate has approved a bill permitting up to three nonprofit stores to sell marijuana to chronically ill patients registered with the state.

more stories like this spokesman for Senate President Joseph Montalbano says the proposal passed Thursday 29-6. It now heads to House lawmakers.

Sen. Rhoda Perry, the bill's sponsor, has said the proposal fixes a loophole in Rhode Island's medical marijuana program.

State lawmakers voted in 2006 to allow chronically ill patients and their caregivers to possess small amounts of marijuana for pain relief. But they never made clear how patients were supposed to buy the drug. It remains illegal under federal law.

More than 700 patients and caregivers are enrolled in the state's medical marijuana program.

None of you can hold a candle to Scalia. His intellect is well accepted by reasonable people of all political stripes. Read a book! Learn how to think!

Sir,

I have read 1000s of books in my 62 years. Many on the founding of this country alone. I have a14 year old niece that would make a better supreme court judge than this fascist corporate owned high IQ smart aleck.

Smarts are not the end all to making the right decisions. I was raised by parents who stressed common sense as the rule of thumb in decision making. If smarts were the best criteria in decision making, Einstein would have made the best SCJ. If intelligence where it Meyer Lansky would have been the best pick.

Scalia is intelligent but he is an a-hole and an elitist. Not my pick. He should be impeached! He would have fit in well with the court of Benito Mussolini.

This man is a perfect example of why the next Dem. president should increase the number of justices on the court to say 9 or even 11.

Many people use the fact that Scalia went to Harvard to paint him as an intelligent, highly-credentialed human being. Book knowledge does not a WISE gentleman make. He lacks insight and compassion and he is what Italians call a "Caffone" (sp.?)...or a person without refinement. He has a provincial perspective, and does not get the finer points of any issue. He is black and white in his thinking, because his is an unenlightened view. Unenlightened! That is Antonin Scalia, an unenlightened Caffone whose family came from Naples, Italy. As Gore Vidal recently said, "I know that type; I lived in Naples for years." Nuf' Said!

SCALIA IS A LEGEND IN HIS OWN MIND.

Clarence Thomas voted against the "Eminent Domain" scam which would have allowed pols like Jim McGreevy to grab private property for private development. An example of how the scam works; an 80 year old WWII vet was evicted from his home in Long Branch,NJ so a developer who contributes to both parties could build condos. The cops who evicted him were "just following orders" from their republicrat paymasters. Now that's bipartisanship! Thomas also voted to allow marijuana for medical use with the opinion that The Interstate Commerce Act had become a club to be used for Federal intervention in just about anything. I know that liberals love that intervention, but what happens when guys named Bush & Reagan use it as a club? That's why there's a Constitution! You can't have your cake & eat it too.

Scalia uses the argument that "torture is not punishment" to keep away from that nice issue.

Scalia is so corrupted that only Republicans will get his vote on supreme court decisions. He is the very embodiment of everything that is wrong with selecting judges based upon political beliefs.

Not only that he thinks Jon Stewart is childish, when everyone knows that it is Bush that is childish.

Loved it, but I'm wondering if Dickipedia allows editing.

I think the little prostitute wold actually take pleasure in being referred to as male genetalia. The article needs an inference to the impotence he has brought to the court and its submissive service to a backward idiot , puppet, dick-tator.

Also, a section on the absolute inanity and mental masturbation of refering to torture as not being cruel and unusual punishment when being used to extract information would be a satisfying addition.

This man is such a hypocrite! He says we should just do what the Constitution says, and then leads the gang in crashing into Florida's voting process! Florida was doing it as their laws prescribed, and Bush's jerks on the high court intruded.

Question for Scalia: Where in your copy of the Constitution does the high court get the power to interfere in a sovereign state's vote?

Giving us the worst human being ever to be called (erroneously) "president" was high treason and for it Scalia should HANG!
