Daily Mail:

One of Britain's top cosmetic surgeons and the husband of actress Natascha McElhone has died suddenly aged 42.

Martin Kelly was found slumped on the doorstep of the couple's £2.5m home in London late last night by a fellow doctor. It is thought he might have had a heart attack.

Truman Show star Ms McElhone, who is pregnant with the couple's third child, is rushing back to Britain from the U.S. where she had been filming.

Ms McElhone, 36, has starred in films including Solaris and Ronin and more recently in the television series Californication with David Duchovny.

The couple already have two young children, Theodore, eight, and Otis, five. Friends said that the actress is "devastated".

Her husband was known as the "king of rhinoplasty" in surgical circles but was also an avid charity worker with his own foundation to help children born with deformities.

NOTE "Martin Kelly was found slumped on the doorstep of the couple's £2.5m home". What's the point of referencing the cost of the home??? Would finding him on the steps of a library made his death any less unfortunate??? Media.

Sorry to hear it, my condolences..... 42 is a young age and a short life.
I really enjoyed Solaris (the Russian version is also pretty good but its looooong).
Tough situation for an expecting mother and the children as well. Wishing the best for all involved.

Nothing more concerning than a 42 year old, healthy man dropping dead from a heart attack...Either a family history or perhaps there was drugs involved...Normal, healthy 42 year old men don't fall over like that

So did my father, he was born in 1898. He was a soldier during WW2, went to work one morning
and had a heart attack. He lived a simple life, coffee and cigarettes. Never got to know him,
I was one year old.

It does happen more often than you think. I had a close friend who was a healthy and happy 42 year old, sitting on his front porch watching the sun set just like always... when his wife came out to join him, he had died just sitting there. He had a heart attack. No warning, nothing.
He had never done drugs at all.

Sometimes a cigar really IS just a cigar.

Always more to it...Rarely, is there sudden death like this without precipitating factors.

Whether there were drugs involved, family history of Heart Disease, Vascular issues (Leading to an anuerysm) or high cholesterol...Or something completely congenital with respect to the heart...There's almost always a path that leads to the cause

My condolences to her, that is sad to hear. I liked her work and it's a terrible way to go.

BUT I am sort of curious. Five Million for what looks like a townhouse with no garage and a neighbor a foot away? That picture makes it look like they paid Five Million for basically a walk up.

Have you ever been to London? In fact, have you ever been to NYC? These are very large townhomes, equivalent to NYC brownstones, often 4 to 5 floors, and very posh.

Are you really talking about the value of their real estate when a man has just DIED and his wife lost her husband and his children lost their father? You're actually talking about how much they paid for their home when the man is DEAD and his family devastated.

What is wrong with you people? There is something seriously wrong with you.

Posh or not. Real estate in England is outrageously expensive. London is even more outrageous.
