Lohan Father: Lindsay's Close Relationship With Female DJ "Is Evident"

Michael Lohan isn't playing dumb when it comes to his daughter Lindsay's close relationship with deejay Samantha Ronson.

Days after photos of them nuzzling necks in Cannes, France, surfaced, he tells Usmagazine.com their relationship "is evident to anyone with half a brain."

Still, he adds, "Just like the [topless] Marilyn Monroe spread, Linds is my daughter and there are just some things a father doesn't want to see or hear, regardless of whether they are true or false." (See more spring flings.)

His daughter, 21, "is a big girl, and she can make her own life choices. Then it is between her and God."

Not being dramatic, just saying nobody is teaching girls how to be young ladies anymore or young men to be men for that matter. Times have changed but not necessarily for the better. There was a time when your sex life used to be private - behind closed doors. Whatever happened to discretion, being discreet? Parents have stopped doing their jobs when the kids were young, thus we have this kind of PDA when they become adults. Enough already: no more sex tapes, filthy dancing, filthy language, violence and the list goes on and on and on!

They have no idea what their children are up to! Driving down the road the other day, I spotted two girls walking and their shorts were sooo short, they look like they were out in their under ware. My 14 year old son had a party and some girls walked in dressed trashy, shorts were so short that their cheeks were hanging out! I politely told them we have a dress code in this house and sent them home to put some clothes on!! And now when they see me, they always speak and are so respectful. Someone has to set some standards. Believe me, these kids are begging for someone to care about them!
