New Record Low For CBS Evening News

Last week, the week of May 19, CBS News set a new record low in ratings, taking in a mere 5.33 million viewers. Its previous record low came the week of April 21, where it recorded 5.34 million viewers (the previous week's 5.39 million was also a new low, thus giving the CBS Evening News three weeks of record low ratings this spring).

NBC won both total viewers and the coveted 25-54 demographic. Full ratings appear below.

Almost everyone in TV is seeing a huge decline in ratings. The days were a single show can command more than 6 million viewers is over. There's too much media for people to choose from.

CBS had low ratings with Dan Rather....­I don't see the so call real journalist bring the good ol day's of the 50's and 60's

False. Dan Rather's low ratings started after the Bush military records' scandal when his bosses at CBS instead of standing behind him, decided to give ground to a dishonest President/­candidate. It was a vote of no confidence against CBS and not against Dan.

It's called karma. Her kids hate her. She's a ditzy witch. She was mean and rude to all her colleagues on the Today Show, especially Ann Curry. She exploited her husband's sickness for personal gain. She is not charitable. She is a selfish snob who is now getting her due. Yeah.
