Alien Video To Be Revealed To Media Tomorrow, Man Claims

The Rocky Mountain News is reporting that tomorrow the world might actually see who else is out there. A man, named Jeff Peckman, claims he will reveal video of live alien to the news media Friday. Brace yourselves. Below are some key excerpts from the story:

A video that purportedly shows a living, breathing space alien will be shown to the news media Friday in Denver.

"It shows an extraterrestrial's head popping up outside of a window at night, looking in the window, that's visible through an infrared camera," he said. The alien is about 4 feet tall and can be seen blinking, Peckman said earlier this month.

An instructor at the Colorado Film School in Denver scrutinized the video "very carefully" and determined it was authentic, Peckman said.

The video can be authentic, i.e. unedited, but that doesn't mean the "alien" featured in it is not a guy wearing a puppet costume :-)

well said "Tom F." There are plenty of hoaxes sure, but we shouldn't discount the possibility that there are other intelligent beings out there besides ourselves. Remaining open-minded, and believing that anything is possible, is part of what it means to be an "intelligent" being...at least in my opinion. I live only a few blocks from where the Denver sighting took place, i'm intrigued to say the least.

There is a HUGE underground military research center at Roswell. If it looks "alien" it's because it doesn't "officially" exist. We DO have hovercraft technologies that could make our craft act like that, turning on a time, etc.

Yes we should... at least as far as visiting us is concerned. Look at the economics. It costs about $30,000 per pound to get things to the moon which is only 240,000 miles away. All right, postulate a miraculous technology that gets that down to a penny a pound, Now divide that penny by 240,000 then multiply by 6,000,000,000,000 to get to the nearest star. The VERY nearest star. That comes to (let's see, mmph... put the zero there... carry the seven...) a shitload of money. Remember, that's per pound and on a long trip you have to shift a lot more pounds. And I doubt you'd get lucky on the first star you look at. Bottom line, there probably are a lot of intelligent beings out there (though there are precious few here... I've been to Washington!) but you'll never get to give 'em the ol' Spock salute.

THINK about how we've been programmed to ridicule and deride ET-related stories, when a mature reaction would be skeptical but real curiosity. Think about how the mainstream media promotes the ridicule-and-deride strategy by giggling inanely at every disclosure development -- and encouraging you to do the same.

Any smart person who has studied the literature should at least be open-minded on this subject. There is a huge trove of anomalous activity on record -- some of it frightening, some of it wondrous -- and I don't see what's so funny about wanting to know what the hell's going on.

Believe me, this is the last great story, and the media's about as effective on this as it was on Iraq / WMDs.

I'm sorry, but a film school teacher is not a person that can determine what's in the video is a genuine space alien.

OK, OK...look. If this thing doesn't scare me half as much as that scene in Signs when Jaquin Phoenix sees the news footage of the alien while hiding in the closet, I'm not interested.

When you think about it, it was his reaction that made it so damn scary...maybe Jaquin Phoenix is available to watch the news at my place tomorrow night.

This is not preprogramming, it's common sense. It's NOT a little green man or whatever you want to call it. The economics are against it any way you carve it up. We are not being visited by aliens, we have never been visited by aliens, we will never be visited by aliens. If they are out there (and they probably are) they will not visit, space is simply too bloody big. On the other hand, aliens are a logical extension on WMDs. Think about that for a few minutes.

It's not a matter of common sense.
To think it's impossible for a technologically advanced alien race to overcome our 21st century understanding of physics is really laughable. The scientific establishment has repeatedly been proved wrong. They didn't think airplanes could work ! They thought it was impossible to split an atomic nucleus etc.... We have no idea what scientific discoveries will be made in the next hundred years. Let alone, 10,000 or even a million year head start potential aliens may have on our technology. The lightbulb was invented less than 150 years ago, and you know for a fact that it's impossble for aliens to travel the vast distances to Earth ?

Of course they'd set up a "council" (very commie btw, these "councils") and a "disclosure project" to discuss/debate the steps necessary to implement the Last Great Hoax.
