ABC News:

The press traveling with Sen. Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign received an email Thursday afternoon informing reporters they could sign up for travel through June 6 on the campaign website.

Given the speculation surrounding plausible outcomes from this Saturday's DNC Meeting and the final Democratic primaries on June 3, many confused looks passed between reporters on the back of the press bus.

Women who vote for McCain in revenge for their deposed demigod Hillary will elect a candidate who will appoint judges to the Supreme Court who will overturn Roe V. Wade, and enact legislation that will set women's rights back one hundred years.

Nice going. Go ahead. Shoot yourselves in the feet.

Though most Clinton supporters are beyond reproductive age in any case. But they care nothing for their daughters and grandaughters.

I doubt that they don't care; they just need a very loud wake up call and they'll get it soon. I'm of "that age" and support Obama, but I am absolutely sure that the one point alone will keep the Clintonistas from voting for McCain. Yes, they care deeply about electing a woman for President, but none of them are willing to give up the hard fought battle for Roe v Wade.

My suspicions are that this "Hillary or nothing" is more about trying to manipulate the super delegates than a real commitment to vote against Obama. Wait until the convention and watch them come back in droves.

The best cure for evil is destiny. Choice is the builder of the road to destiny. The best punishment for vanity, arrogance, and stupidity, are the results of vain, arrogant, and stupid choices. It is a beautiful design.

eurydice,

Most of the women that suport Hillary are old and funky. They do not care about Roe vs Wade.

I brought up Roe to one of my neighbors when she was defending " The sister hood vote" and she said her uterus hadn't done anyone any good for 20 years so why should she care about Mc Cain and Roe V Wade.
I just don't understand that logic we have alway been about one generation makeing things better for the generation to come. Now we have a bunch of ' sisters" willing to throw roe v wade and younger women off a cliff because Hill got beat. You don't have to burn your bra and your bridges to prove your a feminist.

C'mon. This is silly. Even if you hope she'll drop out on June 3 (I do), and even if you THINK she'll drop out on June 3 (I don't), you can't expect her not to continue acting TODAY as if she's continuing past that date. Otherwise it effectively means she's dropping out today. Get real.

Probably true. Wonder how many members of the press are actually signing on? That will be the real "end" of her campaign: when she wakes up from a nap on the bus and there's no one there (except Bill, Chelsea has to go back to work sometime!).

You are absolutely correct.

I'm going to repeat myself - apologies in advance.

It is in disbelief that NO REPORTER has evaluated what the cost of Hillary to the cadre of Lobbyists that run her campaign including FOXy Terry McAuliffe.

Does the press actually ignore the fact that there are different pay-outs for winning and losing?

I'm not political pundit but I'm a businessman - if my consulting client - quits on me - he pays out my contract if he can't terminate for cause. Simple.

Do you think that any of these professional promoters have taken themselves out of the job market for this campaign are going to lower her payout if she quits no way. A quit is more expensive than losing.

And from the way she's run her campaign - there's a good chance she did a terrible job of negotiating deals. That means she has to actually lose, because if she quits ... she''ll be a deadbeat or she'll have to reach into the Clinton accounts again and pay off the Wolverines that promote her at full fare. The DNC won't help her settle up if she quits, and, she'll be a lame duck Senator -because no Democratic Dinosaur will be seen with her again, no less hand her a check.

That's the rest of the story.

I've been saying this for over 6 weeks - and I've yet to see the slightest hint that any corporate reporter gets it.

Yes, I can expect her to stop "acting". Because its not as if she and her staff don't know the truth, that Obama has won.

They're smart, they're wonks, they've done the polling, they know the Rules (Ickes helped draft them, including the MI and FL penalties).

They know how to count.

She KNOWS she lost. It's over. So, yest, I did expect her to enthusiastically throw her support to Obama, make a great speech about what a fantastic nominee and president he will be, and then (together with Bill, if she must), barnstorm the country, thinking only of the good of the US in getting this wonderful new president, fixing the economy, the environment, education, sending a new message at home and abraod and --above all, ending the war in Iraq.

That's what, in my opinion, a decent person, a real "uniter" a real "fighter" a real "woman of integrity" would do.

So, yes, I expected that from Hillary any time during the past month. Now? I expect only more self-serving divisiveness. Live and learn.

Maybe Hillary should outright call for Bush to be Impeached, and also investigated and charged with Murder for his lies to start the Iraq War..If she wants to increase support for her..!

Dear Hillary:

Please know that Aida has died in Rudolfo's arms in the tomb under the temple of Vulcan, Violetta consumption has consumed her, Madama Butterfly bleeds to death in a few moments, and the Statue has dragged Don Juan into Hell. So like them now you pick up the phone congratulate Obama. The opera will end, you will receive flowers and cheers from the audience and a kiss on the cheek from the leading man.

Then the stage can be cleared for the next play which is scheduled to be rather dark and Wagnerian, and you will have a part, but not as dramatic.

Meanwhile, the carpenters and musicians, and dancers, and chorus is waiting.

And remember going the route of Aida now only makes you stronger for the preformances yet to come.

XOXO

Kurt

Well, we knew she was working on the new t-shirts (in accordance with Mark Penn's game plan of waiting for Puerto Rico), but I guess she'll still need a new post-primary slogan to go with them.

My suggestion is "Hillary - Because, Well, You Never Know When You'll Need Her"

Don't you see, the t-shirts will now be collector's items! This is her plan to repay her campaign loans! Watch the price on Ebay after next week!

Sorry, trying to not Hillary-bash, but couldn't resist!

Somebody get her a padded cell with a mural of the Oval Office painted on the wall so she can pretend she's the President. Keep her heavily medicated.

A post-primary schedule? I don't want to be a party pooper but she has no real money left and is deeply in debt. Just how is she planning to finance this post-primary schedule? Claim that Obama stole her donors and demand the DNC give them back?

So now I'll try to take the high road: maybe (please God) her "post-primary" schedule will be to campaign for Obama - I know, take off my rose colored glasses.....
