Want Gwyneth Paltrow's body?

Brace yourself.

"I think she works out three hours a day - which is one of the keys to success," chef Mario Batali told Usmagazine.com at the opening of the Uncle Ben's Kids Café in Carson, California, on Wednesday

"If we all did that, we'd all look like Gwyneth Paltrow," he said. "Or at least closer."

He added that the Iron Man actress, 35, "loves to eat ... and, you know, she never puts on a pound!"

Exercise bulimia is a serious illness.

She was recently hospitalized after being on a long "cleanse".

She is much too thin.

This woman is not well.

Forget working out. How many hours each day do you think she practiced the over-the-shoulder camera pose?

Gwyneth, Gwyneth, Gwyneth . . .

Let us pray. If you need to work out 3 hours a day, what will become of the rest of us?

Damn, here's praying that Mario Batalia is wrong . . . wrong . . . wrong!

Her freckles were big money in Iron Man.

Congratulations, Gwyneth. Get some acting lessons in there and you'll be on your way!

She is doing her 3 hours a day of exercise when she is on vacations, right?

Like us common folk.....................

Lovely. I am sure that all of us in the real world are ready to worship her for it. Gosh, I wonder how I can fit those three hours in while raising the kids and holding down a job and taking care of my elderly parents. She is really a heroic little actress..that Gwyneth, and maybe she won't need the botox for awhile.

So what? That's her job.

This story is not going to stop people on the Internet from calling her Fishstick...

She obviously has serious issues. I understand that looking good and staying in shape is important to one's career as an actress, but come on!!!! Who has that much time on their hands and motivation???

This is actually a good thing. Not because people should exercise 3 hours a day, but because it dispels the myth that celebs have it easier than the rest of us. A lot of people out there are looking for quick fixes to their weight problems and they see celebs get into great shape in record time and think there's some magic formula. There isn't. It comes down to eating right and exercising. Maybe the rest of us can't spend 3 hours a day, but at least we know we're not the only ones who need to exercise in order to manage our weight.

I don't see why anyone is surprised.

Looking "good" is part of a celebrity's job. I spend about 7-8 hours a day on my job, and that's significantly less than lots of other people.

Obviously she's prepping for the Beijing Olympics. Anyone know for which event?

3 hrs a day is greatly over doing it. 90 min including cardio 4 times a week is more then enough to get a fitness magazine body. I've done it before. It's all about diet and the intensity of the workout.

That being said paltrow looked amazing in Iron Man so she gets enough respect for sure.
