The video lasts just more than three minutes. But that's long enough to raise some nasty doubts about John McCain's reputation as a straight talker.

There's the Arizona senator arguing both sides of President Bush's tax cuts. Here's the supposed foreign policy wizard flubbing the simple facts about which terrorists are being trained in Iran. He's even ducking his own admission that he needs to learn more about economics.

The newsreel of McCain lowlights has zoomed up the YouTube charts in the last week, with more than 1.5 million views. "John McCain's YouTube Problem Just Became a Nightmare" is the video's title, which might be dismissed as partisan hype but for one thing: It's true.

The presumed Republican presidential nominee is taking a serious drubbing on YouTube, the most popular video-sharing service on the Internet and the virtual town square for millions of new young voters. ...

Six of the top 10 videos returned by a "John McCain" YouTube search Thursday pegged the 71-year-old as inconsistent, extreme, wooden or a combination of the three. (The one clearly favorable piece came from the McCain campaign and focused on his Navy service.)

We must be very careful about how we deal with McCain. He comes across as a liar & flip-flopper but the GOP will figure a way to make him seem more & more like some sweet old grandfatherly war sage. We should also expect that "NEW" terror alearts will start to crop up as well because like it or not .....many people still think this ole coot knows what the hell he is talking about. Remember all the people (hard working, less educated) that voted GW in for a second term..... they are still out there. Let's not sleep on the GOP ever. Their verson of DO ANYTHING to get elected will make Hillary look like a girl scout. McNasty is a vile piece of work with multiple serious health problems, PTSD, and anger issues. He is un-fit for the WH for so many reasons....but top of which, he really is just another GOP puppet to replace Bush.

Judging from past performance, I have to agree.
Another word of caution: not to give the CONS ideas, but it is a fact that until January 20, GWB will still be Commander in Chief of the armed forces. REMEMBER, until then he will still be able to turn those forces against any lawfully-acting citizens storming the White House who won't accept his latest pitiful Boogyman scare.
We should NOT let up on the pressure. The new president's first act, while still standing with his/her hand on the bible, should be to have all highways, train stations and airports closed within 100 miles of Washington, and the entire BUSHCO arrested for various and sundry reasons. NO escape to South America for this bunch!
