Los Angeles Times:

The Los Angeles Times reports on McCain's "YouTube gap":

The video lasts just more than three minutes. But that's long enough to raise some nasty doubts about John McCain's reputation as a straight talker.

There's the Arizona senator arguing both sides of President Bush's tax cuts. Here's the supposed foreign policy wizard flubbing the simple facts about which terrorists are being trained in Iran. He's even ducking his own admission that he needs to learn more about economics.

The newsreel of McCain lowlights has zoomed up the YouTube charts in the last week, with more than 1.5 million views. "John McCain's YouTube Problem Just Became a Nightmare" is the video's title, which might be dismissed as partisan hype but for one thing: It's true.

The presumed Republican presidential nominee is taking a serious drubbing on YouTube, the most popular video-sharing service on the Internet and the virtual town square for millions of new young voters. ...

Six of the top 10 videos returned by a "John McCain" YouTube search Thursday pegged the 71-year-old as inconsistent, extreme, wooden or a combination of the three. (The one clearly favorable piece came from the McCain campaign and focused on his Navy service.)

Here's the video from BraveNewFilms that's "raising nasty doubts" about McCain:

Mocking McBush is great fun and seeing him skewered by his own words on YouTube is entertaining, BUT it only matters if you VOTE!!!! Don't just sit there and enjoy the follies of this neanderthal, blather on these boards and tell your friends what a bozo McBush is----you must go to the polls and vote for your opinion to be worth anything.

One of the great things about Senator Obama is how he's brought millions of young people into politics who have never before particpated in a campaign. Some have never voted before. Young people historically do not vote, but in 2008 each and every vote is critical. It makes a huge difference.

The 2000 election was decided by a whisper of a difference in votes. Don't let this happen in 2008. Vote for Democrats for House seats and the Senate. If your state is holding races for Governor, etc., vote there, too. We have to ensure President Obama has a veto-proof majority to begin undoing the enormous damage Bush has done.

VOTE!!! VOTE!!! VOTE!!!

This is SO IMPORTANT! People think voting for the president is the most important thing, but a president can only do so much. He/she needs the support of Congress. If you want Barack Obama as pres., vote Democrat down the ticket for governor, senator, house representative, etc. President Obama needs a Democratic Congress to get things passed.

Bill Maher said it all when he stated, "I can't what for the general election. I hope it's McCain vs Obama. It's gonna be Youtube vs Feeding Tube!"
