On Wednesday's "Daily Show," the day after Barack Obama declared victory in the Democratic primary, Jon Stewart laid into all the pundits who declared her nomination inevitable, ending with a 2006 clip of Joe Scarborough warning Barack Obama that it was going to be ugly.

Man, I was howling at my desk. Especially at Stewart's expression after Tool Scarborough's prediction.
Joe Scarborough is always so sure of himself and always so wrong. I remember when Janeane Garofalo was on his show before the invasion of Iraq she was almost hysterical saying that if we went into the heart of the Arab world we would be doomed. Scarborough used the footage of her saying this soon after the troops had reached Baghdad and brought those Saddam Husein statues down. He used the pre-invasion video to mock her essentially painting her as liberal Hollywood loony having a great old time on television bashing liberals. He and his Republican friends were flying high for some time, then of course Iraq turned into exactly what Janeane said it would. I've tried hard to find that video of Janeane but could never find it.
That's hilarious. You must send that description to MSNBC or CNN or somebody that will bring it up. I remember having a passionate argument with a co-worker at the start of this war. She kept saying it was right and it would be an easy victory because "my President said so, and I believe my President.
McClellan is right. The media were weaklings and punks and they should at least have the courage to admit it. They should each show footage of how soft they were on Bush and how wrong they all were about the war.

I consider myself one of Hill's biggest supporter and I agree this was funny.. I have been a huge fan of Stewart for years and have had the pleasure at being present at some of his tapings.
