McCain Makes Pitch For Clinton Voters...With ABBA Video

In a (somewhat?) tongue-in-cheek pitch for disaffected Hillary Clinton voters, the official John McCain campaign blog today posted an item that professed the Arizona Senator's love of All Things ABBA, along with a YouTube video of the Swedish pop sensation's 1977 hit "Take A Chance On Me."

Seriously, is McCain trying to play on someone's ignorance here? What the hell does some foreign 70's single have to do with universal healthcare, the war in Iraq, and the current recession?

Take a chance on him? No thanks. I won't take a gamble on my future with a man who was a cowardice POW, left his wife after a disfiguring accident, wants to add Supreme Court justices who will overturn Roe v. Wade, and is elated about the prospect that "we will have more wars".

I am still not feelin the old 'Obama thrill' all you kiddies (and 90% of blacks,although OF COURSE THERE'S NO RACISM THERE!)seem to have...I know and understand Hillary is doing what she has to but I don't have to do anything. The reasons I didn't support him all along are still there. Hillary was the one and she still is. She's the best we could get at this time in history. I sometimes wonder how Obama and his wife can justify (and explain later on when they are older)why their own dad's personal urgent ambitions were more important than staying out of the way of the very important historic first woman in the Whitehouse and all that can mean for their future and all womens. He's in such a hurry to get to the first of the line when Hillary has worked for that position her whole life. It's not right. If he doesn't offer and convince Hillary to run as VP I will NOT vote for him. I hear Nader is running again.

BO, just like anyone else, had every right to run for president. Nobody has to step to the side and "wait their turn". This isn't some amusement park where you stand in line and wait your turn! This is a democracy. Furthermore, he doesn't have to choose "your girl'. That's his choice.

You know what, I could go on and on...but you're not even worth the time. You want to spend the rest of your life being mad cause "your girl" didn't get her turn...well then go right on and be mad. Don't vote. This movement will woosh right past you. Be a part of it or get out of the way!

Hey was it racism when 89% of black in my home state (Ohio) went with the white guy (Strickland) over the black guy (Blackwell) in the gubernatorial race? LOTS of people are pretty damn pissed off at the way BO supporters acted and Hillary was treated and set up by the media and left-wing blogs and they STILL do NOT want this guy in the WH. Lots of us aren't feeling the thrill up our leg for the 20 year old attendee of Rev Wrights GD-America hate speech and who did and said NOTHING about it until it was POLITICALLY EXPEDIENT! I and many others do NOT trust this guy and the fact that Kerry and Kennedy shoed him in over Hillary makes me suspect lots more devious things about him.
