We should all send this to everyone we know. It's a simple way of campaigning for Team Obama.

Fired up, ready already on the go, in Minneapolis, MN.

For all the Hillary supporters threatening to vote McCain, listen up please:

HILLARY CLINTON WILL NEED THIS MAN IN THE FUTURE IF SHE WANTS TO RUN AGAIN.

THIS MAN HAS SHOWN THAT HE CAN ORGANIZE AND RAISE MONEY.

HILLARY WILL NEED HIS SUPPORTERS AND HIS SUPPORTERS WILL NOT FORGET IF HER SUPPORTERS CAUSE HIM TO LOOSE IN NOVEMBER.

THIS MAN IS A CLASS ACT AND WILL HELP RESTORE AMERICA'S IMAGE ABROAD.

WE NEED TO COME TOGETHER TO ELECT BARACK OBAMA.

I'm sure that there will be as many books about this campaign and about Obama as there were about MLK, JFK, Lincoln, etc...

A movie is almost guaranteed in my opinion. They did one for the Clinton win, and this one is going to be even more impressive.

I'd love to see a documentary about the Obama campaign after it's all over, what a story. They could use this footage, easily.

Let;s hope MICHAEL MOORE does one!

For all the big crowds and rousing speeches (which are great), this may be the most astonishing thing yet. Just wow. Humble, rock-solid, effortlessly inspiring leadership. Beyond all that, a pretty clear message in it for all of us, not just them.
I hope that parts of this become part of his stump speech.

It was masterful how he talked to his people. How many companies have you worked for that were adept at making you feel part of the team, an intrinsic part of its success? That's what he conveyed to the men and women assembled at his headquarters. That is the key to the enthusiasm for Obama. He empowers us. For years we have been feeling our ability to affect our own lives for the better has been slipping away as the restrictive corporate welfare society has taken over control of our government. Obama lets us know that we can do it, we can make a difference. Together we will prevail. This is no dissing of Hillary, but her message was what she could do for us. She would work hard for us, she would take care of us and make everything better. I personally don't find that message nearly as compelling as the one of personal empowerment, that we all will have a hand in making a better future for ourselves.

"How many companies have you worked for that were adept at making you feel part of the team, an intrinsic part of its success? "

Very few. Because most are run by bosses... not leaders. Obama is a leader. There is a major difference. People follow bosses because they have to, people follow leaders because they want to. If you look at some of the most sucessful companies out there... they were run by leaders, not bosses.
