Bloating. The bane of women everywhere. Not only is it uncomfortable, but it's also remarkably unflattering. But you're in luck! The Guardian has 6 fantastic tips on how to reduce (and prevent) bloating.

Firstly, they want to make sure you're aware that bloating can - and often is - a part of a larger problem. Namely: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) so, first off, they recommend you get diagnosed.

Then, get thee some probiotics (think yogurt). According to the Guardian, "studies show that probiotics (good bactera), now added to some foods such as yoghurt [sic], can help some people."

The rest of the list includes: Identify Trigger Foods, De-Stress, Exercise, and Drink Water.

For more details on how all of these things can help you and your bloated tummy out, read the rest of the story.

I am not so sure about drinking much of water. That can make you bloated as well. The key in drinking water is to stop when the urine is colorless. Our body needs to be hydrated not drowned.
