McCain Again Pledges To Send Unlimited US Troops To Iraq (VIDEO)

During an interview with Sen. John McCain on Monday's NBC Nightly News, Brian Williams noted that "the videotape clip of your comment about being in Iraq 100 years if need be, of course, is still kicking around," and then asked, "[G]iven your support for the surge and where you believe this nation is in Iraq today, where do you see it going and will your support be there for however many U.S. troops are required?"

McCain answered flatly: "Yes. And the fact is we are winning in Iraq."

Via the Jed Report, here's the video:

In a speech last month, McCain predicted that the Iraq war would be "won" by 2013, but his comment to Williams suggests that he'll continue to send U.S. soldiers into battle even if his prediction is wrong.

McCain equals no facts provided, empty rhetoric, soundbites with cherry picked information, which is misleading, repetition, words to feed Fixed News, likes Cheney, endless war to help one faction in the economy, the industrial war complex, funding from the wealthy corporate lobbyists, etc. and in spite of that, he says he is not another Bush. I liked a comment I heard yesterday; Bush, McCain and Obama, which one of these is not like the others?

The saying...."If he had a brain, it would be lonely" fits McCain perfectly.

McCain "Those Iraqis are going to pay for every day I was in Vietnam... We will bomb the snot out of them" McCain has an unmet need to right the wrongs he experienced... Fight the wars over and over and over again until he's satisfied that he's finally won them. The problem is, McCain will never be satisfied... he will always be fighting the d e m o n s of his past.

It's just a matter of time before Mr War agenda says he didn't say it. It's clear he's George Bush in sheeps clothing.

So how long is China going to fund this pretend war? I'm sure our credit rating has been dropping down.

Along with focusing on the continued sending of an unlimited supply of troops to the perpetual war in Iraq that a vote for George W. McCain would authorize, we need to start acknowledging the tremendous damage the continued spending of 12 billion dollars a month on Iraq is causing to the American economy. The economy is the no. 1 issue with Americans and the more than a trillion dollars the Republicans have wasted on Iraq has done the most damage to it. And while we're at it, we also need to acknowledge a vote for George W. McCain would result in the invasion of Iran which we all know the neocons have been itching to do.

Dear Sen Mc.Cain.

I'm in Las Vegas. I'm down about $88,000. Actually, plus my house, cat, and the next ten year's paychecks. My crew has all gone home. My friends won't talk to me any more. The casino is even starting to hint I should leave.

But since I hocked my kids, I've started losing less money each hand than I was before!

So, I'm going to stay and play, no matter how long it takes. Because I've learned something important from you.

I'm winning!

Old bubble face is willing to send more (uncommited?) troops to Iraq. For 100 years even. Is he paying for all this? BTW what's up with his arms. Does he have difficulty straigtening them? Notice he always has them bent.

Your arms would hurt, too, if you had to shoval all the B.S. he has to on a daily basis. Actually, he's developing osteoporosis. Mt father had the same thing before he died.

Bush/Mccain want 58 (yes fifty eight) permanent military bases in Iraq (and we get NO cheap oil in return).

Has anyone ever challenged McCain to define winning?
05:50 PM on 06/10/2008
Yep Blueshield above has defined bubble face's definition of winning.

I'm not sure what is scarier - Bush lying or McCain actually believing in this crap.

Their strategy is clear. Stubbornly stay in Iraq no matter the cost until they can claim. Yet, they cannot define victory when asked.

Looks to me that the "Straight Talk Express" has been derailed again by an engineer who can't keep track of the facts. Everytime he opens his mouth, he need a chrous of supporters to tell us what he really meant to say.

What worries me is that "Morning Joe" and his sidekick (You know, the one that keeps cackling Te Hee Hee HEE) and other McCain supporters are trying to equate questions about McCain's obvious fuzzy facts and poor judgment with bias against a poor old war hero. These people are trying to shut down all debate and questions about McCain's supposed "experience" in foreign policy.

Let's face it. McCain must be the only guy in the world who still believes going into Iraq was a good idea. And, if he has his way, we'll be there for another hundred years and bomb the hell out of Iran as a little extra something for the war machine.

Every time McCain laughs, he reminds me of that gremilin from that old Bugs Bunny cartoon. Sad and Pathetic.
