New rule:

Once somebody has said at least three times that they absolutely positively do not want the job you should stop suggesting them for it.

I guess I should have stopped advocating for Obama to run when he was denying interest in running?

You should've, look at what mess you made...

james carville picks al gore? No offense to Gore but the suggestion is multidimensionally fatuous. To me James and his wife are twin irrelevancies and I'm sorry that the media, including the Huffington Post, gives them any air time. I know that Tim Russert has them on a lot, but then they do send Tim a lot of gifts from Harry and David at Christmas.

Fifty percent of our energy is generated by burning coal; forty tons of mercury is spewed in our air annually contaminating our rivers and oceans to the the extent that all the fish, including fish raised in 'Farms', are contaminated with cancer causing mercury.

In West Virginia the coal is mined by shaving down the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains to get at coal deposits; the coal miners are no longer needed to mine coal, it is done 99% by machines.

What remains after the coal is removed, is massive depressed valleys of polluted mud puddles the coal industrialists walk away from without clean-up responsibilities.

Drilling in Alaska would add a minimal amount (1-3%) of the total oil needed and that source would run out in less than a decade, One of every two men die of cancer and one of every three women die of cancer annually.

Global warming is the canary in the miner's shaft, teling us we are living in a deadly mine tunnel called America which is filled with invisible mercury gases.

As long as the Oil and Coal Industries keep propagandizing that the global warming is a myth, then they can keep poisoning us while they and their families live in Switzerland and Hawaii.

Al Core could be the Energy Tzar as Vice President for solving our energy problems with Renewable solar energy subsidies.

Gore for VP in 08 and for President in 2016. Halleluliah!

I would have supported Gore had he run for President. In fact, I would have much more than just supported him.

For VP, I don't really care who 0bama picks, including H!llary. But I think Gore should focus on what he is doing now on Climate Change.

Carville is a Clinton loyalist. Gore has eclipsed Bill Clinton as the party's chief elderstatesman. I would bet that Carville's role was to degrade Gore by suggesting him for the subordinate position of VP.

This should prove once and for all that Carville is a dipshtick. The man has no sense at all. i would not ask him about any thing! Why does the media even bother to ask what he thinks? Gore the Bore is a conservative democrat. has voted for the iraq war. Why on earth would Obama consider Gore even for a few seconds? Has Carville ever said any thing that made sense??? Is Carville on drugs? Some one please tell me how this idiot is considered important? This guy is so out of touch it's almost funny!

I think 0bama style campaigning have made these kinds of operatives obsolete. They are now just trying to be relevant.

1.) G.o.r.e is a great man, but after losing the POTUS race in 2000, I doubt he would opt to run for Veep again.
2.) No one loves to hear C.a.r.v.i.l.l.e talk except C.a.r.v.i.l.l.e.

Pure fiction - and even if it were true, their chemistry is bad which could be troublesome down the road - Obama doesn't need Hillary Clinton to win, period, end of story.

Remind me again why this guy is relevant? Another numbskull whose 15 minutes of fame has spilled over into a career that is meaningful only to him and his fellow bubble-mate talking heads.
