Bobby Jindal: Faith Healer And Exorcist

Bobby Jindal, the 36-year old governor of Louisiana, is being taken seriously by the national press as a candidate on the shortlist to be John McCain's Vice President. No one doubts that he's a political prodigy -- his impressive resume includes stints as president of the state university system, a Congressman and now governor.

But one of Jindal's job titles hasn't gotten much attention -- and it just might prompt a few questions if his Veep candidacy gains steam: Exorcist.

You could rightly believe that the "I" behind Lieberman's name denotes him to be "Ignorant" or an "Idiot." While these descriptive terms are undoubtedly true, in this case it means he's an "Independe­nt." Lieberman is no longer a member of our party.

How so?

Considering the reaction to Romney in many red states , I don't think it's unbelievable to think that Jindal would go over like a lead balloon. Catholics are regarded with suspicion to begin with and are easy targets (see Hagee), combine that with the fact that he's Indian and not a George Clooney lookalike.

Do you think that they'd embrace him just to get power? I really don't think so. A lot of evangelicals are having problems embracing McCain-- you add Jindal to the mix and you'll have a lot of ticked off people not voting at all.

I have close family who are born again christian (pity me), and they would be so pleased with this story; they would think I'M the kook for being bothered by it.

Granted, but I don't see The Exorcist PT IV starring Bobby Rindal playing any further than drive-ins in Louisiana.

Though the idea of McCasket choosing Ghost Buster as his running mate is just another check box in the win column for Obama. (I used think, from my limited information, Jindal was a bright spot for the Republicans. That spot has dimmed considerably)

I live in LA where Jindal is governor. If he is McCain's running mate and McCain gets elected, every woman can kiss their reproductive rights good-bye. Jindal is about as anti-choice as it gets.

Democrats are just jealous because they don't have anyone with Jindal's talents. Coming from Hindu/Sikh heritage, I am sure he also has other talents, such as walking on water, which might come in handy. It is unfair of the media to focus only on his talents as an exorcist acquired after his acceptance of Catholicism.

I was raised in the Los Angeles California area, lived there 39 years. When I was in high school, there were many Mexicanos in the cities I lived in.
I have a very strong tendency to get very tan. But I am as white as a lilly without clothes.
Allo of the Mexicans I knew called me cocconut. This meant I was brown on the outside and white on the inside.
I laughed then and I laugh now.
The point is that I am closer to all of the black population and Mexicans I gre up with than many of the people I think of as the affluent population.
Bobby Jidal in my opinion, no matter his ethnic backround is a cocconut!
