Bobby Jindal, the 36-year old governor of Louisiana, is being taken seriously by the national press as a candidate on the shortlist to be John McCain's Vice President. No one doubts that he's a political prodigy -- his impressive resume includes stints as president of the state university system, a Congressman and now governor.

But one of Jindal's job titles hasn't gotten much attention -- and it just might prompt a few questions if his Veep candidacy gains steam: Exorcist.

Give me a break. Jindal was NEVER, EVER a viable option for McBush. His conservation base is already going ape sh%t about him as it is. Imagine if he chose Jindal. This whole process with Jindal is for SHOW only.

But what is the purpose of this show, and what kind of audience is it? You didn't say. It's an odd show for McCain to put on, or for his vetting team to put on; they have to know it will turn many people off.

It is just for show. It is intended to show McCain isn't racist. Since Jindel is one of the few "non white" republicans McCain wants to stand next to him.

He is just to green to be McCains VP.

Down here in Louisiana we believe in ghosts and vodo and Exorcists. So its no big deal. Jindal is a perfectly good funny looking republican. Y'all can have him if you want him. This is just too bizarre for words. It's not that Jindal's a convert but that he has the same screed in reverse as Hagee. How can McBush pick someone who would be so much in opposition to "the base" of non-Catholic essentially Protestant fundamentalists? And he's hoping to pick up the anti-peopl­e-of-color vote, so this makes no sense at ALL. I doubt he will do it.

Governor Bobby Jindal apparently, with the help of his cult friends, restrained a sick friend and performed terrifying rituals on her against her will for hours. The smell of sulphur, which because of their beliefs they attributed to Satan, is also a symptom of a number of infectious diseases. What they did to her was illegal.

There is a correlation between schizophrenia and adherence to fundamentalist Catholic and Protestant dogma. My theory is that brainwashing people into these religions sets the stage for the development of schizophrenia.
