Kevin Federling has been named Father of the Year by Las Vegas club Prive.

"I'm surprised," Federline said when asked how it felt to win the title.

Britney's ex, 30, hit up the club with eight male pals -- including divorce attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan -- just before 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

Federline -- also named a Power Player last year -- had a quiet night at the club, chilling with friends and pumping his fist into the air when Timbaland's "The Way I Are" was played by the DJ.

It seems pretty easy to be a good father when you don't have to have a job. Not to mention he's had lots of practice with his other 13 illegitimate children . . . Great parenting.

Thank God your sister Brtiney made Federline sign a prenup before marriage, or in addition to the milions of dollars she has spent regarding the child custody case, she would have lost half of her fortune to Federline. As it is he's been using your own sister's money against her ((although I will admit Britney needed help and I'm glad she' s getting it, but who drove her over the edge?).

Anyway, Jamie Lynne you are a beautiful, talented young woman with a great future a head of you, but do not allow yourself to be manipulated out of your hard earned money by your boyfriend. If he loved you, he'd understand your position and would sign the prenup agreement.

Hey...the guy has a few kids with a wacky wife, divorce ensues, wife goes off deep end and can't responsibly care for the kids and he takes care of the kids in a responsible manner. God bless him. The world needs more fathers like him and he should be an example for a whole generation of parenting. He has stepped up and taken care of these kids and done a decent job sheltering them from the press and staying out of the tabloids. Give the guy a break!

Okay, this is also a guy who left his FIRST baby's momma with a 2 year old and a 9 month old for Spears. AND he gets about $150,000 A MONTH to be a father to he and Spears' kids. Here's a true test of Federline's ability to father his kids: Take away ALL of the child support he gets and have him have to bag groceries or dig ditches for a living for a year. Then we'll see what kind of father he is.
