Anne Hathaway Dumps Boyfriend Raffaello Follieri: Report

The Devil Wears Prada actress Anne Hathaway put on a brave face at her latest film premiere last night after breaking up with long-term boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, the Mail Online can reveal.

The 25-year-old movie star ended her four year relationship with Italian-American businessman, 29, over the weekend.

The Brokeback Mountain star's decision follows over a year of scandal linked to Follieri.

Last week, it was reported his charity Follieri Foundation, which funded vaccination programmes in developing countries, was being investigated by the New York State Attorney General's Office.

I try not to be a playa-hater, and I think the Huffpo headline is too biased. It could have read well without the "dumps" and "loser." Besides , if he was such a loser, why'd her dumb ass stay with him as long as she did?

That said, the guy strikes me as a total smarmy douche, and not anything I'd recognize as a "businessman."

Berlusconi will probably write a nice recommendation letter for him when he knocks on the door of Carlyle or Blackwater.

The guy came across as a sleaze anyway. She met him when she was..what?...20, 21? Easy for someone to sweep her off her feet is he's some smooth talking EyeTalian.

She is already very successful so I doubt anything he did would ruin her career unless she was involved in his affairs. Maybe she just got tired of his BS as she grew up.
