Joan Rivers Kicked Off Show For Calling Russell Crowe A "Fucking Shit" (VIDEO)

LONDON - Joan Rivers' salty tongue got her booted from a British daytime talk show in the middle of its live broadcast.

Rivers used two expletives while talking about Russell Crowe as a guest host on the live gab-fest "Loose Women." She was asked to leave during a commercial break.

The 75-year old comedian said in a statement Tuesday she was sorry for the swearing, ["Yes, I swore, and I'm so fucking sorry,"] and assumed that a censor would be able to "bleep" the words out.

Then she cracked wise, saying the incident reminded her of her wedding night _ because she was asked to leave in the middle of that, too.

C'mon, she's 75...the sad part is that she has to take anything that comes down the pike to turn a buck after all of these years in the limelight. That's probably the real source of her bitterness more than anything.

Ya gotta love Joan, or at least I do. I think an evening with her on a date or dinner get together would be entertaining as all hell.

Given the choice between some young hot Hollywood chicks and having an evening with Joan, I'd choose Joan in a heartbeat.
