He's shilling up like a neocon. Taking their cash. Signing their legislation. Giving them blank-check mineral rights and defense contracts.
And we care about this?
Sad.
As an actress, I have to tell you that the best performances are pulled from your own reality. This is more realistic than any scripted appearance I have ever seen McCain participate in. Is he Scott Peterson? I don't know. We all have a little bit of darkness lurking inside. But this is the most comfortable I have seen him "on-camera!"
Then I guess Tony Hopkins, (Silence of the Lambs) and Christian Bale (American Psycho) should be avoided at all costs for having even a smidge of the characters they played in them... Perhaps even locked up.
Wanna know how to act?
"Relax, say your lines, and try not to trip over the furniture..."
- Spencer Tracy
Oh come on! That's funny stuff. Anytime you can crowbar "loofah" into a sketch it's gold. It reminds me of the classic line from Caddyshack, the greatest movie ever made.
"Elihu, could you come and loofah my stretch marks?"
That's some good acting if i can say so myself.
President Obama '09
Maybe he is more like Ronald Reagan, B-movie actor, than we suspected.
Both of them are creepy.
Amazing! And he even got in the loofa thing - had the O'Reilly loofa scandal broke by then?
I'm pretty sure I will have nightmares tonight after watching that. Yikes!
For Pete's sake, it's an SNL skit. Lighten up, guys!
Creepy is easy for Republicans. In fact, you can use the words interchangeably. See...
That haunted house looks so republican.
SAME AS
That haunted house looks so creepy.
I gotta say, and I'm an Obama supporter, but John McCain, at least back then, was a pretty good actor. That was pretty good, and funny.
Was this before or after the creepy Bill O'Reilly story (talking to that producer about loofah-ing her body)? What is it about creepy aging guys and loofahs?
