McCain 'C-Word' Moment Becomes Fodder For Satirists

The satirists at Public Service Administration have already scored numerous hits over the campaign season with their high-production value skewerings of both candidates and media. Their send up of Obama's will.i.am song "Yes We Can" managed to both mock the earnestness of the original while emphasizing just how little optimism is generated by John McCain's policies and positions. And for my money, their "Bass Motives" is a blast of cathartic humor for anyone who is already sick to death of campaign commercials.

Their recent effort, "He Said It First" has quickly become a YouTube hit. As of this writing, it was #1 today on YouTube comedy and #3 on Digg.com. Effectively criticizing how the media bailed on covering one of this year's stories from the trail because it involved the most vulgar and misogynist word in our vocabulary, the video may not be for the purest of heart. But if you like your satire packed with the worst kind of vulgarity, this one is for you. Because of our lingering concerns with good taste, however, we'll present the "clean" version, below.

I'm an Obama supporter, but I still can't get my arms around this one. One author quoted two unnamed sources in a book that was decidedly anti-McCain. I've tried to google the story, and every source that discusses it points back to Cliff Schecter's book. Until some unnamed sources come forward and verify the authenticity of the story, then this is just a rumor, and it's the Democratic equivalent of swift-boating.

I wouldn't put it past McCain to say it, but there does need to be more evidence that he said it before this becomes a real issue in the MSM.

I'm guessing that the "C" word isn't for Cookies.

Obvious body language between those two, she always just a step or two behind him, demurely standing by gazing at him while he tries gamely to keep up with the teleprompter, then as leaves the stage, takes a step or two and then remembers Cindy was there. I started observing this behavior way early in the campaign. Then, when I heard the C-word quote, that just solidified my take on him/them. What would motivate her to put up with this wanker for years? Is it a jones to live in the White House and play house? That's it? To redecorate the WH and greet the children on the lawn for the Easter egg roll? She's pathetic.

If John McCain thinks this little of the mother of his children and the love of his life, then what does he think of other women?

I think he's had a lot of 'loves of his life'. This one just had heavier bank accounts.

John McCain is no saint for sure, but his most disgusting trait is his disgusting treatment of women. Cindy's disgusting trait is her acceptance of her public humiliation. Can't you just see them in Germany or wherever and she tires to help him out with some thing he is mucking up and he screams at her using the "C" word. He would be a menace to represent our country. His treatment of women throughout his life, which I have never heard about until this election, totally disqualifies him to be our National representative anywhere, here and abroad.

"Cindy's disgusting trait is her acceptance of her public humiliation."

Right on target here, but isn't this a trait of many american women ?? Mainly wives of politicians, just look how many wives showed up at the press conferences to defend their cheating husband, even if the husband was looking for a fling in a public bathroom.
And we wonder why America is not ready for a "Woman President" ?? The answer is: There is no woman here to be proud enough to be a WOMAN.

If John McCain is elected, upon hearing from the Joint Chiefs of Staff that we are at war with the China-Russia Alliance, he will press the button that launches nukes at all women, everywhere.

The News Media simply refused to cover this story. We all know why. This act is exactly what many in Congress of about Sen. McCain's mean spirited significant Anger problem.

This is the same man who is known to attack Senators in meetings

Considering the manner in which he treated his first wife, Carol, we are not surprised.

she says. "My accident is well recorded. I had 23 operations, I am five inches shorter than I used to be and I was in hospital for six months. It was just awful, but it wasn"t the reason for my divorce.

"My marriage ended because John McCain didn"t want to be 40, he wanted to be 25. You know that happens...it just does."

When Carol was discharged from hospital after six months of life-saving surgery, the prognosis was bleak. In order to save her legs, surgeons

had been forced to cut away huge sections of shattered bone, taking with it her tall, willowy figure. She was confined to a wheelchair and was forced to use a catheter.

Through sheer hard work, Carol learned to walk again. But when John McCain came home from Vietnam, she had gained a lot of weight and bore little resemblance to her old self.

This continuing source of contemptuous, contagious controversy can't continue to contact all conscious commenters, as the article contends, can it?

You're more preoccupied with use of "c" than McCain is.

Now I kind of get why she was hooked on all those drugs in the 90's ...

I think the Mccain's can't stand each other. John married her for her money, and was probably 'in love" with her for a few months, at best.

Which speaks to his "judgement". There's a saying, "Marry for money and you earn every penny". Looks like McCain got very tired of kissing the princess's ass all the time.

Her dad gave him a job, her money bought him a seat in congress ... she probably thows it up to him all the time ....Let's face it, he's sick of her.

So, is it really true - is Cindy really a trolip? LOL
Seriously, did McCain call Cindy the "C" word????? If so, he won't have any women voters.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 02:53 PM on 06/21/2008

He most certainly did call her this and when I try to you this reasoning and his overall degrading behavior towards women to talk to the die hard Hillary fans, they simply don't care. They are so embed with their hatred of Obama they simply don't want to hear reasoning.

Well, in Senator McCain's defense, Cindy DOES plaster on the makeup like a trollop.

Just kidding. There is no defense.

If Obama had called his wife the "C" word, it will be on the news 24/7.

Oh, wait! You mean to say that Sen. John McCain really called his wife a, "C--t"? And that the press who prides itself in telling the public the truth about the candidates, failed to report it on the evening news? I am so disgusted, not sure if more by McCain, or by the media.

Because it happened in 1992, not 2008. It's old news that's why they are not covering it.

If Mr McCain wants to call his wife a "C'" why should we complain . He probably has special names for every body he likes . Mrs Obama and Mrs McCain are both ladies in every sense of the word and neither are going to be elected . But the media is working hard at controlling our voting decisions by guiding us away from where our real unhappiness is with the situation our government managers have put us in . They fill the air waves and print media with data that will not fix our health care cost problems , our high cost of energy , food , and all the items needed to exist in our country . MIND DIVERSION TACTICS . At the same time the industries that are sticking it to us are spending millions filling the air waves and print telling us we are partners in this hike in prices and we should be happy with the pain they are giving us . MORE MIND DIVERSION TACTICS .

Funny. Guess Cindy wants to be First Lady so badly she's willing to put up with that kind of crapola. I like to think that if I were a woman and my husband called me that, that would be it for the marriage....

Absolutely !
Or if that kind of abuse wasn't the end of the marriage, it would be the beginning of a downward spiral to a hellish marriage. Either way, ending or beginning, not too sunny a picture.
