Oprah's Detox Cleanse Comes To An End

Oprah Winfrey has completed her 21-day vegan detox.

"I want some wine. Bordeaux 82. Just one glass at sunset, almost broke down and had a glass. I didn't," Winfrey wrote on her blog Sunday. "[But] tomorrow is another day. That's my mantra for now."

Instead of caving in to her craving - Winfrey stuck to the plan.

"Main meal was a large baked potato with sautéed onions, herbs and olive oil. And fresh green salad with avocado and tomato, lemon, garlic and olive oil," Winfrey wrote.

Inspired by Kathy Freston's book Quantum Wellness, Winfrey kicked off her 21-day cleanse in May.

This is what passes for news? Let me correct you: this is example of the incestuous nepotism that America's corporate media passes for reporting. You are a fool.

At last count, Oprah has business ties with CBS, ABC, Oxygen, Discovery, the Food channel, Hearst Publishing­, the entire publishing industry save Random House (that tie was shattered into a 'Million Little Pieces'). And these are the ones that are are obvious. Not to mention the bumps she produces for the tabloids, the celebrity mags and the producers of her "favorite" products.

During the Tolle podcast she looked unhealthy.
Bloated, makeup, hair all over the place.
All the mudpacks, facials, massages, detox, botox, fat removal,
orgone boxes, plastik, overwork, wine, sheets aina gonna do it.
I think she realized this and said...my God look at me. Is
that me? I thought she was a big pain in the ass with Tolle
and, moment to moment, so did he.
