Top NASA Climatologist: Put CEOs On Trial For Global Warming Lies

Dr. James Hansen, director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York, sounded the alarm about global warming in testimony before a Senate subcommittee exactly 20 years ago.

He returned to the topic Monday with a speech at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., given to the Worldwatch Institute.

"Special interests have blocked the transition to our renewable energy future," Hansen writes in an opinion piece posted on the institute's Web site. "Instead of moving heavily into renewable energies, fossil fuel companies choose to spread doubt about global warming, just as tobacco companies discredited the link between smoking and cancer. Methods are sophisticated, including funding to help shape school textbook discussions of global warming."

I guess polar bears just all of sudden got tired of the arctic and started pissing on the ice. Oh, for the record, the number of wildfires and tornadoes that have popped up in places that aren't known for having disasters like this were a result of too many candles being lit at one time outside and too many fans blowing. And a FAUX-NEWS has just reported that the cause of the water related disasters are a result of the people in the Phillipines throwing too many water balloons during a festival.

I'd also like to point out that smoking cigarettes don't cause lung cancer or any other disease, it comes from the little body aliens that live in us all that choose to wake up. Additionally, FAUX-NEWS is also reporting that Marriage is the leading cause of Divorce in America.

Not sure what planet you live on, but this "global warming b-llsh-t" is already happening.

Would you change your mind if it happened to be cooler? One thing I agree with is that we shouldn't confuse weather and climate. The fact that it's hot sometimes where you are is not consequential.

If you can, also, please tell me why that would be, and how that particular temperature was derived?
