Bill Clinton Says Obama Must 'Kiss My Ass' For His Support

Bill Clinton is so bitter about Barack Obama's victory over his wife Hillary that he has told friends the Democratic nominee will have to beg for his wholehearted support.

Mr Obama is expected to speak to Mr Clinton for the first time since he won the nomination in the next few days, but campaign insiders say that the former president's future campaign role is a "sticking point" in peace talks with Mrs Clinton's aides.

The Telegraph has learned that the former president's rage is still so great that even loyal allies are shocked by his patronising attitude to Mr Obama, and believe that he risks damaging his own reputation by his intransigence.

A senior Democrat who worked for Mr Clinton has revealed that he recently told friends Mr Obama could "kiss my ass" in return for his support.

Like, he is probably having more problem with HRC than with O. When you start acting like this, the problem usually is from your significant other. From home. Unfortunately we will not no this untill everything scatter-scatter.

If it is true that President Clinton made this statement, then he first needs to watch what he says and who he says it around. Secondly, it he can't get past Hillary's loss of the primary, then he must simply move forward without any further comment. Just shut up. Obama should not have to kiss Bill's a** and I would be dissappointed if he did. There were nasty things said by both campaigns that caused supporters to feel bad on both sides. In fact, some of what the Republicans are now using against Obama were patterned after HIllary and Bill's attacks. It's something we all need to seriously not pay too much attention to. HIllary (who really is more important than Bill in this election) has been very classy and professional in expressing her support of Barack. She's the one with the political future. It's just time to stop the drama. Bill Clinton needs to quietly go about rebuilding his own reputation. He's the one who shot his mouth off about the wrong things at the wrong time. It's not anyone else's responsibility.

If Hillary were to play her cards right she could politically, economically, and emotionally come to a place of empowerment and dump Bill once and for all.

Billy can do or not do whatever he wants. He is irrelevant. No one cares about him. Due to his political suicide caused by his attitude and remarks this past year, such as those covered in the present story, he no longer influences any votes; and, being out of office, he has no power. Which is why I say he is irrelevant. In fact, his campaigning for Obama might be more of a negative influence on balance.

It may be my imagination, but I think Billy's personality and political acumen changed drastically after his heart operation. It is said that many people have personality changes due to the trauma of such an operation. Maybe he is one of them. But whatever - the old Billy no longer exists.

Obama needs to stop kissing up to the Clinton's and run on his own merit. He doesn't need them and if keeps on he is going to lose a lot ot independent voters. Even if the Clinton's get out there and campaign for him who is dumb enough to believe anything they say. I really fail to understand why Obama thinks he needs them so badly because the polls show that independents don't want the Clinton's back and they are the ones that are going to decide this election.
