Paul McCartney's Eco Car Arrives After A Long Journey

He may be proud of his green credentials as he nips around town in his environmentally friendly £84,000 green hybrid Lexus.

But Sir Paul McCartney's carbon footprint is still larger than most, because his new car was flown 7,000 miles from Japan.

That single journey created 14.64 tonnes of carbon dioxide - 20 times more than if the vehicle had been shipped by sea.
