Alberto Gonzo Returns With A Lecture On Equality

We haven't heard too much from Alberto Gonzales since he resigned in disgrace as Attorney General. He was last seen struggling to find a job in his profession, and delivering a commencement address at a small high school in the Virgin Islands. Seriously.

I was surprised, then, to see Gonzales pop up yesterday in the LAT with an op-ed on "what Latinos want from their president." The former AG, without a hint of irony, emphasized the importance of the next administration taking "racial equality" seriously.

Who would listen to him lecture, or read his op-ed? If there are people dumb enough to do that, they deserve the likes of Gonzo. Gonzo was not bad because he is latino, he was just bad! I would say he was a disgrace to his community in the way he represented himself, and should go inot hiding for a while. I am sure W can find room for him on his ranch.

Alberto Gonzoles we be remembered. He will be remembered as another skid mark in the underpants of the Bush administration. I don't understand it. For capitulating to those in power, you soil the name of yourself and your family. Yes Alberto,the will be a place in the history book for you. Better you than I.

I wonder what it feels like to know you kissed the butt of a criminal and destroyed a lot of people's lives in the process. If that's equality, I hope you live with it for the rest of your life and try to make amends to your family and nation for being who you were when they needed you the most.

I can't believe he is still not behind bars, that is where he belongs. This man has helped do more harm to our constitution and our country than just about anyone else and he is walking around free. No one in America should even talk to him or give a second notice. Oy, let him live a couple of months on a park bench or spend a little time on the front line, before I want to hear one word from him. The Hispanic population should shun him and tell him that he does not represent them or anyone else in America. He has had a hand in Guantanimo and every other evil thing this admin. has done. He is the true Benedict Arnold of our time.

Actually there is nothing funny about Gonzo... He has been a sad stain on America... and it's hard for me to say this about anyone...

But I hope he walks in shame everyday of his life. He is a pathetic example of an American, and an even worse example of humanity.

I think the only way Gonzo is ever going to have a life is to fess up to Congress about what he did and why. Sure t would bring down the bush and cheney house but why the hell not? What did they do for him but hang him out to dry and get kicked and slammed? He should have realized at some point his life and work was done. He could write a bokk but again without a confession or any explaination he would still be fried and tossed like old meat from last summers grill. He is a sad and probably lonely person as he found his friends were Bushes after all and never his. It is interesting he wants equality for hispanics now as he cared little about them or us or even any human being when he had the power to do and say something about equality.
