Daily Mail:

She gained more than three stone while pregnant with twins Max and Emme, but less than five months later Jennifer Lopez has slipped back into a bikini.

The 38-year-old singer stripped down to a string two-piece while holidaying aboard a luxury boat in Italy.

She was joined by husband Marc Anthony, who showered her with affection as she cooled off in the sea, as well as friend and fashion designer Stefano Gabbana.

It doesn't surprise me she looks like that. She wasn't Twiggy to begin with.

If you don't think these celebs don't have an advantage w/their nannies taking care of their kids while they have their own chefs and gyms, trainers, etc.

And dont' think they don't take advantage of it. It's more important for them to look great after having kids than anything else, at least in their own heads.

What is that strange protrusion emanating from her belly, or is it just an optical illusion?

You carry twins and then let us see what protrudes afterward from your body! She looks great.

These celebrities getting back into perfect shape after childbirth, wow, what an impossible standard they set for other women. Women who can't afford nannies while they go put in 3-4 hours a day at the gym.
How they get their pelvis/hips to retract to a pre-preganancy width is a medical miracle I fail to understand, or maybe, for some women, it occurs naturally. Either that or starvation. I'm happy for them, I suppose, but I feel for the women whose bodies are irrevocably changed by childbirth and whose husbands think ALL women should suddenly turn into young girls again six months after giving birth.

It doesn't have to be through "starvation." You can sensibly diet and exercise and go back to your "pre-baby" weight.
Your body is NOT "irrevocably changed" by childbirth. That's an old myth. Exercise and diet (NOT starvation) will do it, but you need to make a commitment and have willpower.

The only thing changed permanently was the size of my feet after having two children. I exercise and eat healthfully, too.

Ridiculous. Eating right and exercising is not expensive. I have kids, not a ton of money and I am in great shape. Overeating is a national pastime in this country. Step away from the fast food and take a walk.

You're right and we DO save money when we don't buy junk food or fast food.
I bought a $35 exercise bike from a thrift shop two years ago and it's been my greatest investment because I USE it for an hour a day.
