Learn How To Fox-O-Shop Just Like Fox News!

Last week, while discussing a New York Times story on Fox News' ratings, the crew at Fox and Friends showed heavily Photoshopped pictures of the Times reporters responsible for the story. In particular, Jacques Steinberg was made to look... extremely Jewish. Times columnist David Carr describes the Fox Photoshop job as such:

Not sure I get the "extremely Jewish" thing, but they sure altered Jacque's features to transform him from an average, nice looking guy into the Incredible Hulk.

I've had enough of this crap. Television and radio stations are granted the right to use the public airwaves by an agent of the public interest: the Federal Communications Commission. So what does it take to get an FCC license revoked?

Bill is trying to confuse people by implying that this doctored photos were 'Caricatures'. They are NOT !
These are deliberate and unattributed Distortion of the images of two men that most people would not have a base line of what they looked liked.

The thing is that Bill succeeds in playing into his audience stupidity. He's a smart man; he knows how to speak Stuplausibly,

Dumbest statement in a while. They basically made the pics into bad characatures. I mean they blew up the top of the head, chin, nose, ears and brow. It was a goof. The pics were not passed off as actual photos. As for making him look extremely Jewish... who ever heard of a Jewish chin or ears. It's another over hyped 'controversy'.

Yes, they were absolutely passed off as actual pictures. If they had meant for them to be charicatures they would have put devil horns on them or something. They made changes that were meant to be subtle. None of the show's hosts laughed at them or made any disclaimer. It was absolutely petty and Fox still hasn't issued an apology for the "misunderstanding".
