Top Clinton Adviser Howard Wolfson Joining Fox News

Howard Wolfson, one of the members of Hillary Rodham Clinton's innermost circle and perhaps the most visible member of the New York senator's television surrogates, is joining Fox News Channel as a Democratic analyst.

Wolfson confirmed the move this evening via email. In addition to his part time commentary duties on FNC, Wolfson will remain a partner at the Glover Park Group -- a major consulting firm in Washington, D.C.

"Fox has the largest audience in cable television -- many of its viewers are independents who will help decide the next election," said Wolfson of his decision. "It's critically important for strong progressives to be talking to and offering analysis to that audience."

I can't really say I'm surprised. Wolfson is very effective at spouting talking points as fast as he can, as often as he can. If you asked him how he spent his Fourth, he'd probably breathlessly spurt out another talking point.

I see this as a move to position their campaign and seed the news when hillary and Bill run in 2012. I think they thought they had it covered in 2008 with Begalia, Stephanopoulis and Carville seeded throughout the teevee broadcasts, but that did not work , so now, Wolfson getting on board. See, It's all one big happy family in DC.

MSNBC is too far left, Fox too far right CNN definetely has its own corporate agenda. If you watch a little bit of this, and a little bit of that + use the internet, you can get kind of an idea of what is really going on. I may want to vote democrat, but no I cannot sit and watch Keith Olberman, thats when I pick up the remote and yes sometimes it is fox. Also all the jail stuff on MSNBC, do people really watch that ?

MSNBC really isn't to the left. KO and Dan Abrams are, but that's about it. Especially if you watch MSNBC during the day, you would know that they aren't to the left (you can argue whether or not they were in the pimrary). They are to the right, just like CNN.
