Sarah Jessica Parker's Missing Mole (PHOTOS)

Sarah Jessica Parker attended Tuesday night's All-Star game, and hit the field beforehand for an announcement about cancer research. Parker has long had a trademark mole on her chin, which has been visible throughout her career. Below is photo of Parker last month at the MTV Movie Awards, mole clearly visible.

But at the game, as seen below in the unairbrushed AP photo, no mole. At least one of the remarkably cruel reviews of "Sex and the City: The Movie" commented on her beauty mark. The New York Observer's Rex Reed began his review with the following:

There's nothing wrong with Sarah Jessica Parker that couldn't be cured by wart-removal surgery. That growth on her face just gets bigger with every close-up, and in the full-length movie version of Sex and the City it's so distracting you can't concentrate on anything else. It's not a beauty mark. I guess you can't tell a co-producer anything, but listen up, girl. At this point, you would make a wonderful Halloween witch.

No word - if indeed she has had the mole removed, if it was for medical of cosmetic reasons. Scroll down and take a look:

I'm surprised that the fact she was talking about cancer - and had a pigmented mole removed didn't make the possibility click it could have been as a prophylactic measure against skin cancer - as has been done by many. Most people with a defining feature - like a mole - that is considered not unattractive and who have spoken out against unnecessary surgery for the sake of vanity alone wouldn't all of a sudden remove it without more of a reason.

Ugliest woman? Come on! She may not be a classic beauty but she is far from the ugliest woman. These stupid lists; Sexiest Man Alive, Top 10 Most Beautiful Women...they are a crock of crap. It's all a matter of opinion. You want to see an ugly woman; walk into any Wal-Mart and I am sure you will be able to spot 5 in one glance.

Get real people. SJP is far from the ugliest woman and Maxim, everyone associated with Maxim, everyone who subscribes or has EVER read Maxim should be ashamed that they would even be so cruel as to put out a hurtful list like that. When she was voted one of the "least sexiest women" she made a big deal out of it proclaiming that she was hurt as she is not among those women that have breast implants.
However, rumors are that she has had a nose job, ear job and now a mole removed, including tons of make up and different hair color.
Does that sound "natural"???

Oh please. The woman had an unsightly mole and decided it was time to get it removed. I hardly think this is a huge affair nor can it compare to many a woman who go through all kinds of painful surgeries to look better.

I don't think anything is wrong with someone who wants to look better and has the bucks to do so, but to compare Sarah's mole surgery to those who do breast or butt implants is hardly in the same ball park.

Actually who cares? She looks better and it might have been done for health reasons...did you ever consider that aspect? .

I'm not convinced Sarah even has a face. Whatever it is on her head is terribly misshapen and always has 45 pounds of makeup on it. No self respecting mole would last very long in an environment like that.
