Sherri Shepherd Speculates About Nonagenarian Erections (VIDEO)

On today's "The View," Sherri Shepherd delighted her co-hosts by speculating that elderly men couldn't get it up.

The topic of discussion turned to steamy senile sex after Whoopi Goldberg brought up the story of a 93-year-old man who had been busted for soliciting a prostitute. Shepherd wondered aloud whether he could really get an erection.

"I thought the blood could only flow to one organ," she said.

Charges against the man (now 94) were dropped on Wednesday.

Well, it's a valid question. A similar question may be posed as to the physiology of a 90 year old woman. But, during one show a few months ago, Sherry was asked if she believed the earth was flat and she said she did not know, that she had never thought about whether the earth was a 'globe' or a flat board. Sherry is probably a really nice person in real life but her on screen persona is of being a buffoon. She says the dumbest things time after time. Of course as many know, all the women of The View have little mics stuck in their ear through which right wing nut Bill Geddes gets to influence the flow of the show.

Unfortunately, Whoopi is the only one on the show who is even worth watching. Barbara seems to have these odd memory lapses, Elizabeth always gets cut off mid-sentence (if she can even put a full sentence together), Joy seems to be bitter all the time, and Sherri cannot be taken seriously because of her comedic background.

Not like it was any better with Rosie, but there is definitely room for improvement......
