McCain: Obama Socialist? "I Don't Know"

In an interview with the Kansas City Star, John McCain says Barack Obama was labeled as having the "most extreme" record in the Senate.

"Extreme? You really think hes an extremist? I mean, he's clearly a liberal," interviewer Dave Helling asks.

"That's his voting record," McCain responds. "All I said was his voting record, and that is more to the left than the announced Socialist in the United States Senate, Bernie Sanders of Vermont."

"Do you think hes a socialist, Barack Obama?" Helling asks.

McCain responds with a with a shrug, "I don't know."

Like when you own 8 houses and can call the government to come out for free whenever your property needs some free protection from the taxpayer paid security force. Or whenever you feel a need to have the taxpayer paid military protect you overseas investments with the free services. there is hardly any aspect of government that does not involve spreading the risks and/or costs. Like fish in water we are so conditioned to the socialism that is inherent in all government we dont see it in the many things conservatives want. Only anarchy is not socialism.

Of course McCain’s got no idea if Obama is a Socialist. He’s been told twice in a matter of hours there is no Czechoslovakia, why would they think he even knows or remembers what a Socialist is. McCain probably thinks he’s been asked about some kind of club membership like the YMCA or the Rotary. Ask him his phone number or street address first. If he gets those correct, then move up to something tougher like, what day is it.

Someone needs to make an "I don't know" video about McCain listing all the things he said I don't know about. Off the top of my head, I can remember I don't know enough about interest rates, I don't know enough about he economy. I'm sure there has to be more.

Next, make a video displaying all his sexism, from his laughing about the joke about Hillary being a b$#@tch, to his rape joke, then his wife is a c@#t comment, leaving his wife for a 20 year younger rodeo queen, put it in a loop and make it into a commercial aired on all major stations nation wide.

Bullshit. McCain obviously knows Obama is not a socialist. It reminds me of Hillary Clinton's remark that Obama is not a Muslim "as far as I know." Both remarks are shameful and dishonest. Hillary knew perfectly well that Obama is a Christian. McCain, by the way, is not a Nazi, as far as I know. I could be wrong.

Those rethugs call everything that the gov't has done that is FOR the middle class "socialism", be it public education, college loans, clean air laws, clean water laws, safe food & drug laws, medicare & medicaid, rural electrification, the right of labor to organize, and their major bugaboo, Social Security.
