Lieberman: I Would Speak At GOP Convention (VIDEO)

On Fox News Sunday, Joe Lieberman said he would speak at the Republican National Convention if John McCain wants him to.

"I'm not gonna go to attack Barack Obama," Lieberman said. "I'm gonna go to explain why I, as an Independent Democrat, am supporting John McCain, hoping I can convince other Independents and Democrats to join me in choosing the man who is clearly more ready to be the president America needs."

He's waaay worse than a Republican; he's a neocon -- a Straussian with divided loyalties based upon his personal ethnocentricism and bias in favor of the national interests of a country over that of his own, -- much like other neocons -- except that he was elected to represent the people of Connecticu­t..... sort of.

The Gang of 8 (and of 4 -- H armon&Rocke feller, Pel osi& R eid) who signed off on everything B u s h has done, & who encouraged harsh methods & torture, & signed on to illegal surveillance of Americans (taking impeachment off the table because it would mean the end of their careers & the beginning of prison sentences for war crimes). Don't think because suddenly Obama is calling himself a "progressive" again this week that things are going to be any different than last week during his "move to the middle" which he claimed he'd never really departed..­..not really. Today, after calling for the withdrawal of forces from Iraq for five years, he stuck the pea under a shell and shuffled and shuffled it from peanut hull to peanut hull and ....sure enough, no one had guessed that it would come out under the shell that said "Afghanistan" ...and he is firmly and resolutely and patriotically in favor of going after all those 'lambists in those mountains just northeast of Iran where the pea can go back under the shell again whenever he wants it to during the "war on terror." Doesn't it concern anyone when he uses the what-cha-m­ay-call-it­s of George Bush and Dick Cheney? Lieberman is only pretending to hate Obama; it's all part of the shell game.

What I want to know is what wars does McCain"know how to win" He said he"knows how to win wars." Is he planning any new ones? Is he talking about the Vietnam war which WE LOST. Is he planning to bomb Iran? He should just go home and take a nap. Or have Cindy take him on a ride iin her airplane.
