Balthazar Getty Confirms Marital Separation After Getaway With Sienna Miller

"Brothers and Sisters" actor Balthazar Getty has confirmed that he and wife Rosetta, a clothing designer with whom he has 4 kids, have separated. Getty was photographed last week on a holiday in Italy with British actress Sienna Miller after their relationship was outed by a UK paper.

In a statement Getty said,

"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," he said in a statement released Monday. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."

People magazine reported that Rosetta was "humiliated" by the situation.
