O'Reilly: Gore Going To Netroots Nation Like Going To "Klan Gathering"

On Saturday, former Vice President Al Gore made a surprise appearance at the Netroots Nation convention in Austin, TX. In his speech, Gore praised the gathering of progressives, saying that they are part of an effort to "reclaim the integrity of American democracy."

While the attendees of Netroots Nation received Gore with enthusiasm, his appearance has caused Fox News's Bill O'Reilly to declare that Gore has "gone off the deep end."

On his radio show today, O'Reilly claimed that Gore was now associating himself with the most "hateful group in the country." "And I'm including the Nazis and the Klan in here," said O'Reilly." He then claimed that attending Netroots Nation was "the same as if he stepped into the Klan gathering."

I've not only mastered the patronizing smirk and have given myself over wholesale to making sweeping, factually inaccurate statements, but have also gotten into the habit of telling my friends to shut their mouths! when they disagree with something I say. Bill and most faux news presenters are delutional and have sold their soul to the devil for money and fame. No wonder why they all look and speak with the same vernon. If they are truly representing American interest they will never say what they are saying.Majority of Americans are good and very hardworking people. The shame as seen aruond the world is this so call few people who claim they are patriotic but misrepresent the goodness in America. This few bunch sold the WMD and war to the Americans through their access to the Media. Now they are selling McCain to the Americans as this so call Hero who believes he has the right experience to be President and yet does not know the basic fundermental rule in governance which is making the right judgement for ALL and not only for FEW. And this same so call Hero voted against everything that could make life better for the Men and Women who are fighting this war. After over 4,000 Americans have lost life and thousands are now disabled, do any one in their right mind believe Americans truly deserved McCain?.
