Paramount is getting "Clueless," hanging with the "Mean Girls" and looking "Pretty in Pink" for its first slate of videogames.
Studio is co-publishing casual games based on those three pics from its library for release later this year. It's splitting production costs with partner Legacy Interactive.
Par first disclosed plans to start financing its own videogames several months ago (Daily Variety, March 28). The three teen-pic properties represent the studio's first investment in the low-cost casual vidgames it will co-publish this year and next before moving into more expensive console titles.
