Whatever's keeping you up at night--enough already! We check in with a bunch of experts who'll convince you to give peace of mind a chance.

Is your forecast for tomorrow always clouded with a chance of regret? Fear not. The experts weigh in on some of our most common concerns.

I have a bad feeling. I'm never going to lose this weight.

You can't put all your emotional eggs in the weight loss basket. People say, "I'll be happy when I reach this size...," but that's a problem, because either you don't reach the goal, or you do--and you're no happier than you were 40 pounds ago. Then you ask yourself why you did all this work, you go back to the way you were before, and the lose-gain-lose cycle begins.

Instead of worrying about the future, work toward leading a fulfilled life today. That will naturally make you want to be healthy. Eating right and exercising are my two fields, but when I meet with a client, I ask her about the things that really hold the secret to her success--what the most important areas of her life are, and how she feels about each one.

So do a little self-discovery. Look at what brings you joy and what isn't going so well. Have a life plan as opposed to a weight plan. Next, figure out how active you're willing to be and how much time you can devote to exercise. Then balance the calories--but don't deprive yourself. I've never found anyone who should be eating fewer than 1,500 calories.

Finally, set realistic goals, or you're bound to fail. Adjust your thinking about what's healthy for you, given your genetics. Some of the healthiest people on the planet are heavier than what we claim is the ideal. Being realistic is not only important, it's empowering.

The reason why the doctor has rarely encountered a woman who regretted having children is because to even whisper such a thing is blasphemous in American society. There are many people who do not regret not having children and a recent Newsweek article has said that studies show that "childless" people report being happier than those with kids.

People who cannot sleep because they worry they eat too much in contrast with people who cannot sleep because of the hunger pangs from starvation. I am getting out of this blog!

I'm worried because I can't post either an entry or a reply on the Home and Politics pages even though HuffPo tells me that I'm logged in. Is anyone else having this problem today? I thought maybe, just maybe, I'd get in on the Living Page.

Once you come to grips with the fact that you're always going to be fat, and no one's ever going to love you, you'll sleep a lot better because you won't have to worry about that anymore.

Then you can get busy worrying about what cells are metastisizing where in that pus filled sac of a body you have.

Then, when you're finally ok with the fact that you're literally rotting away, you'll sleep like a baby.

Don't thank me, really. I'm here to help.

Why is this article so centered about worrying about our weight? I stay up at night worrying about so many other more important things.

Are that shallow, Oprah?

You obviously don't have any extra weight. I stress out about my weight. every day!!...You obviously don't know what it's like to think that people think you're weak, and lazy because you have some extra baggage, or if you're considered obese. I don't read womans magazines where woman are made to feel like they have to be stick thin, nor do I watch gossip T.V. programs prtoraying the same things of celebrities But I still am extreamly self conscious...Im 15-20 lbs overweight. It's not all about image. I worry about my health. Some people have medical issues that don't allow them to loose weight as easily as others.

It's not being shallow...and it is important!!

Quit being insensitive.

For myself, I feel our politicians have put me in that New Orleans Attic and I don't have an axe.
So this "don't worry , be happy " thing just doesn't work.
I think this would have worked ten years ago before bush knifed us in the back.
But in this world it seems rather vapid.
