Norm Coleman's "Juicy Porn" Ad Assails Al Franken (VIDEO)

In Sen. Norm Coleman's new ad, three bowlers criticize Al Franken for his "Foul-mouthed attacks ... tasteless, sexist jokes" and "writing all that juicy porn."

"And we've decided we're running for U.S. Senate," one guy says. "Why not? We're just as qualified as Al Franken, and we're better bowlers."

Watch it:

The "juicy porn" line likely refers to a column Franken wrote for Playboy in 2000 called "Porn-O-Rama!"

"Norm Coleman is already resorting to misleading smear attacks, but I guess that was predictable," spokesman Andy Barr tells The Hill. "Given his record of selling out to Big Oil and special interests and lining up in lockstep with George W. Bush, what else was he going to talk about?"

Coleman reeks of desperation and fear. He will lose to Al Franken because of two very basic reasons. Franken's quick wit and honest optimism.

My name is Dan and I live in Minnesota. I will vote for Al Franken. However, I worry that he may be unelectable. It seems to me many voters do not take him seriously as a politician. I am concerned Minnesota will vote for the "Politcian", Coleman. I hope I am wrong.

This ad explains why actors have always had a bad reputation...
In the old days boarding houses used to have signs out front saying "No pets nor actors."

I was wondering what happened to those GOP stooges they hired as the cast for the Fox News Comedy Show. What pathetic drivel.

Okay.
I live in St. Paul. I'm proud to stay I've been smart enough to never vote for Norm Coleman, but good lord, how stupid is this ad?!? Does Norm think this will get anyone to vote for him?

Just in case anyone is tracking it, since he's left the mayor's office, he's never carried a single precinct in the city. That's the run for governor and the first run for the senate, six years ago. We're not stupid, you know.

A sleazy ad from a sleazy candidate. Too bad Coleman can't run on this record. The record where he had his nose up bush's butt. The only way he can win is by continuing the same old gop slime attack machine. When are people going to wake up and realize that the gop is not working for their best interests? They only care about big business and profits not the American people. Just see how having a rethuglican governor helped them, bridges collapse because he refused to raise taxes by pennies!

Al Franken had a life as a comic and writer--you can read all the juicy tales in any number of tell all books on Saturday Night Live.
He has a great marriage, kids to be proud of and are proud of him...
Unlike Coleman he grew up in Minnesota,
He went to Harvard and has a pretty sharp mind...
and he has heart
Franken is not perfect but he would make Minnesota proud.

Why oh Why don't politicians hire a good writer to write their political adds that try to be funny.

Coleman could always hire Al.

And that was the story of how Norm Coleman simply handed the 18-25 male vote to Al Franken.

Juicy what is that fruit Colman trying to sell?

I find Franken's Porn like his humor a little on the dry side.

Well if anything that proves he is funny. While I am writing this there is an ad on the side that says How Funny is Franken that links to some sketchy looking "polling point survey" that will probably sign me up for a credit card or a time share.
