Sherri Shepherd Plays With Implants, Insists Kegels Don't Work (VIDEO)

Kegels and breast implants took center stage Thursday morning on "The View."

Sherri Shepherd insisted that the vaginal exercises don't work, but Whoopi and Elisabeth vowed that they did — and that they worked so well, in fact, that they were doing them during the segment!

Later, when the ladies were discussing plastic surgery with Dr. Linda Li ("Dr. 90210"), Sherri was seen playfully tossing a silicon implant from hand to hand before she decided to go for it and stick it in her bra.

I have said it before, and I will say it again. This woman is an idiot, and she has no class. Not that The View is this great intellectial forum, but there is entertainment and being silly, and then just being plain stupid and crass. Kegels do happen to work, and are serious therapy for women who have incontinence problems. Everyone (including people with it) makes fun of that, because if we didn't, all we would do is cry! However, joking about incontinence and Kegels is one thing, and making stupid remarks about them is another, and can end up being a disservice. I'm all for havin a laugh but there is always a line. Tossing around a silicone implant that you pulled out of your own brassiere on national television is just seriously tacky. That's like men reaching INSIDE their shorts and adjusting on CNN or something. Baseball and football are bad enough to watch. And at least Janet Jackson looked hot. I'm ranting, but ridiculousness coupled with outright brain density always makes me crazy. Just please fire this twit!

Actually, dont you think ..... just cancel this show !!! I used to watch this show , I thought Ms Odonnell brought topics of "food for thought". Topics and views for which she was critizied and rediculed about ... Now those man of those views and topics have become main stream and are so relevant ... As for the view as it stands now, forget about it ....I dont bother watching it anymore ... Lots of moronic/boring topics and much off color innuendo ... who needs this trash !!!

Urinary control is problem for older women and women who have had babies. Kegels are an effective means of toning the muscle. But you have to do at least 100 a day for the strengthening to happen. This is informaton that women need to know. But a lot of the other stuff on the View is just silliness.

This show for years as been one of the most vapid things on tv. The fact that Barbara Walters is still involved with this shows that she was not a serious journalist anyway.
