Heather Mills' Publicist Quits, Calls Her "Impossible"

"Extra" has learned that Heather Mills' publicist, Michele Elyzabeth, has decided to quit after representing the former Mrs. Paul McCartney for the past four years. In a statement obtained by "Extra," Elyzabeth declares:

After working for Heather Mills for the past four years, I have decided to cease representing her. Since her divorce has become final, in my opinion, Heather has become an impossible person. Yesterday, we engaged in a heated argument during which she called me "stupid". I reminded her that she was not "God" and she answered, "I will never ever talk to you again". I have been very patient in my dealings with Heather, however, I cannot take any more. I have given her substantial unpaid time and attention. I am owed money. I refuse to be subjected to her outbursts. On reflection and given the way I have been treated, I now have sympathy with much of what the British Press has reported about her.

I have no feelings about Heather Mills one way or the other. Don't care.

But this publicist has made an incredibly unprofessional, unethical statement.
Having taken this client's money (or even if not, and the allegation of unpaid fees is true) she has no business trashing her former client to the press.

No one in his or her right mind would ever hire this woman as a publicist after this disgraceful breach of professionalism.

She should be ashamed.

Not sure who the statement was "obtained" from or if it was even intended to be released to the media - it's possible this represents some correspondence to the head of her agency or something private, but then again - you could be right.

On the contrary, smart move by the publicist to publicize herself as having survived going through the Mills mill. It's like being ex-publicist to Naomi Campbell. Battle-tested deserves battle pay.

I've no fondness for Mills, who seems to have a borderline/personality disorder. On the other hand, for a long time Paul McCartney has had a mighty machine protecting massive ego, image, gossip, and behaviour of those associated with him. Not something I'd want to get near.

I like Paul, but my faves are John and George--may they RIP.

Heather is the typical neuveau riche brat. Seriously. She thinks the world revolves around her, sets with her, she is somehow better than anyone else. Yeah, and how did she get that money? By being a gold digger, she didn't work for it. Those of us who do work for it, sometimes get cranky from being over tired but we appologize to anyone whom we were rude to.
