This will be a political minefield for Obama. They are going to frame him as presumptious, arrogant, elitist and siding with America's whipping boy ally, France. Unfortunately, there arent enough people that are into politics and are caught up on negative hit jobs by the right.

If ever there could be a single event that could demonstrate the degree to which John McCain is of the past - this news conference in Paris was it.
The question has been, "Is Obama of presidential timber?"

That seems like a "presidential" type of press conference to me. Is Bush still the president? I'm an Obama supporter, but I must say, when I saw this press conference that was my first thought.
