Here's the trailer for "W.", the upcoming Oliver Stone movie based on the life of President George W. Bush. Josh Brolin plays Bush, Elizabeth Banks plays his wife Laura, and Richard Dreyfuss plays Vice President Dick Cheney. Best of all, Rob Corddry plays former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer. The movie is slate for release on October 17.

Ugh! I read, Shrub, by Molly Ivans before I was totally sick of him. Even then, with the old Molly humor the facts of his idiocy were hard to take. Now, I can't stomach a photo of the head Repugnant let alone a full length movie.

I haven't read that one but I read Bushwacked.

It would be just impossible for the medium of film to even begin to capture the sheer gag-inducing sociopathy of the man.

We're still living this!!

Does Oliver Stone really think we want to spend $10 to sit through 2 hours of this when all we have to do is turn on the news?

Then again, this is the guy who brought us "World Trade Center" when its ruins were still smoldering in our hearts...

This film will hopefully reach those who need to see it the most, whether or not some posters here feel the need to fork over their $12.

I will be one of those who do, however.

I would rather be detained in Guantanamo Bay than subject myself to a movie about the life of George W. Bush. I need something to forget presidency of the past eight years, not something to wallow in it. How about a good RetCon?

You can watch "An Inconvenient Truth". I hear the guy who plays the president is really good.

I pray they'll be tacking on an ending that involves an impeachment and a war crimes tribunal.

Dubya has turned our government and our country into a joke. Finally, and hopefully, people will be able to see exactly how "un-american" this administration really was.

It would be very difficult to fork over $10 to make myself feel any worse about W. This would have been better as a TV miniseries.

Overacting.

Brolin looks worried.

WHEN has Bush, in his entire life, ever worried?!?

Looks like the second feature at a Midland drive-in, you know the one where you're either necking, drinking or fighting.
