Lindsay Lohan's girlfriend Samantha Ronson is rarely seen without her trademark trilby, but yesterday she tipped her hat to reveal a brand new hairstyle.

The DJ showed off a tight crop during a trip to the cinema with the actress, with some of her blonde tresses dyed black to create a 'skunk' effect.

I consider it a great improvement, that 80's style fedora or whatever was fugly. I think the person that wrote the article was incorrect in assuming she dyed part of her hair black...I think the darker color is far more likely to be her natural color, and when the majority of the bleached blonde was lopped off, the darker colored roots were revealed.
